Congress: AAMA Team Attended ATC 2018

American Transplant Congress( ATC) which is a Joint Annual Meeting of the American Society of Transplant Surgeons(ASTS) and American Society of Transplantation (AST) took place on June 2-6, 2018 in Seattle, Washington. More than 1,800 abstracts, more than 500 oral presentations, and more than 1,200 poster presentations were presented at this important congress by more than 5,000 physicians from several countries of the world. UVA transplant surgeon Dr. Rauf Shahbazov, University of Pennsylvania PGY1 General Surgery resident Dr. Feredun Azery and Medservis Clinic’s Dr. Mahinbanu Mammadli participated in the conference with 5 scientific presentations. Using this opportunity, they also discussed the AAMA’s future plans and activities.
